WYEcon gets RFP or generates a preliminary design to scope the project
WYEcon generates proposal, quote, and estimated schedule for the scope of work
Contract negotiations and signing
Utility Coordination, Detailed design, long lead-time component procurement, and site work and construction permits are started
Construction, storage, and field office equipment and worker mobilization – procured component delivery to job-site
Construction starts and is completed
Completed system inspections, check out testing, and verification
Utility testing, connection, and commissioning
Project is placed into service and turned back over to Developer
